Advocacy Focus
Family, Children & Senior Advocacy
Equal Justice Foundation advances public education and advocacy that support family stability, child well-being, and the dignity and protection of older adults. We promote informed civic engagement, ethical reform, and access to trusted resources for communities facing complex legal and social challenges.
Why this work matters
Families, children, and senior citizens often face the greatest consequences when systems are confusing, delayed, or inaccessible. This page highlights the Foundation’s commitment to education, public awareness, and constructive reform that help communities better understand rights, responsibilities, and pathways to support. The Foundation does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Resources for informed action
The Foundation supports public understanding through educational materials, seminars, research, and referrals to reputable information sources. Individuals and families looking for general legal information may also benefit from external public resources such as FloridaLegalHelp.org.
Our approach emphasizes education, mediation awareness, and constructive engagement rather than legal representation. Contributions support outreach, research, and future programming. Please note that 501(c)(3) recognition is intended but not yet granted, so contributions may not currently be tax-deductible.
